2. Use of the Members Verification Registry

The consultancy members verification registry is provided for student and parent informational use only. The records are updated in real-time, but NECSA is not liable for minor server synchronization delays. Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-exporting registry records for commercial or marketing purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Grievance Portal Guidelines

When filing a complaint against an agency, you must provide honest, factual statements and accurate contact information. Submitting false reports, libelous statements, or fabricated documentation to damage an agency's reputation is a violation of these terms and may be referred to Nepalese cyber crime authorities.

4. Member Portal and Intellectual Property

Registered member consultancies are granted permission to display the official "NECSA Verified Member" badge on their premises and marketing materials. However, altering the badge structure, fabricating registration status, or failing to remove badges upon suspension of membership constitutes intellectual property infringement.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

While NECSA regulates member agencies through standard auditing and codes of conduct, we are not directly responsible for individual visa outcome decisions, university admission rejections, or business disputes that arise between students and agencies. Disagreements must be reported through our grievance panel for formal investigation and mediation.

6. Modifications to Terms

NECSA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
