NECSA uses collected information solely for regulatory and service-related purposes:
- To investigate and mediate student complaints filed through the Grievance Portal.
- To verify, approve, and register new member consultancies in the public database.
- To respond to comments, questions, or official inquiries.
- To enforce our professional Code of Conduct and legal guidelines.
3. Data Protection and Security
We implement industry-standard encryption and security controls (including HTTPS transport and secure Cloudflare SQLite database access) to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or exposure of your personal data. Grievance data is treated with strict confidentiality.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
NECSA does not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties. We may share information only under the following exceptions:
- Mediation: Sharing relevant complaint details with the target member agency to investigate or resolve a dispute.
- Legal Obligation: Disclosing information to Ministry of Education authorities or law enforcement if required by prevailing Nepalese legislation.
