Grievance Submission Rules
Before filing a report, please review our requirements to ensure a swift review by the NECSA Disciplinary Committee:
- Identify the Agency: Provide the exact trading name of the consultancy involved.
- Describe the Violation: Be specific about false claims, hidden fees, visa document suggestions, or refund delays.
- Support with Evidence: Retain copies of contracts, receipts, invoice emails, or chat logs. Our committee will request these files via email.
- Student Confidentiality: Your contact details are strictly confidential and will never be shared with the agency without your consent.
