Established in Kathmandu, Nepal, the Nepal Educational Counseling Services Association (NECSA) is the peak professional umbrella body representing educational consultancies offering international study guidance to Nepali students.
We serve as the bridge between ambitious students, legal agencies, global universities, and regulatory ministries in Nepal. By enforcing a unified Code of Conduct, we filter out illegal actors and elevate the credibility of Nepalese educational services.

- Sector Regulation: Maintain a strict directory of verified member agencies who adhere to ministry laws and business tax registration.
- Professional Development: Provide continuous training, certifications, and compliance courses for educational counselors.
- Student Safeguarding: Maintain an active disciplinary committee and student grievance box to address and resolve fraud or misrepresentation.
- Policy Advocacy: Work alongside the Ministry of Education to draft practical, consumer-friendly visa policies and documentation standards.
